Dined with 2 friends who were visiting Dublin last Friday evening. We had the early bird menu,2 courses for 13.95 and the option of a glass of wine for 4e extra.I had the bruscetta for starter and salmon for main course. Both were delicious. As we booked through menupages we received a complimentary glass of prosecco which was even better.Staff were efficient and pleasant.Restaurant packed by the time we left, obviously a lot of people recognise value for money.Well done to all in Mexico to Rome.

Went for dinner to celebrate S. Valentine's day. The food was incredibly tasty. The bruschetta with pesto sauce was good for starter. Mexico do Rome is one of those restaurants where you have good food and atmosphere for a great price.

I brought 2 of my friends to Mexico to Rome for lunch, and was apauled and disgusted when we were about to be seated until the staff realised we had a pram and we're then rudely told there were no tables....despite the entire front of the restaurant being empty! Two of my friends went in maybe one or two hours before this and saw a couple being refused a table as they has children with them. I don't know if their issue is with prams or children but it left my friend that had her gorgeous baby girl with her (in a tiny pram) feeling that she was at fault that we couldn't go her for lunch! I work around the corner from this restaurant and frequently go here for lunch and it will be a very long time, if ever, before we go back because of this! No cheap prices or food quality can make up for this rudness! We went to bobos on dame Street afterwards and they were a lot more friendly and accmodating and their food was delicious!

Great evening, food was quick and tasty!! Early bird menu has plenty of choice and the portion sizes are a decent. At €13:90 for 2 courses you really can't complain! And all wash down with a nice glass of house wine! €3:50 for the first glass and it was delicious!!

Food was good. The restaurant was busy, but we were left waiting a while for each course to arrive.
