When summer blows one last warm breath across an autumn day, it's time to finish those outdoor chores and have a little fun before winter comes to stay. "Indian summer" is the commonly used meteorological term for abnormally warm weather in mid or late autumn with generally clear skies, sunny, hazy days, and cool nights.

Here at Indian Summer we have tried to frame snatches of it for you. The Bright Staircase at the entrance lights up with light yellow and red colours which gives you an awareness of whats to come ahead. At INDIAN SUMMER, this unique offering will take you, our guest, on a gourmet journey of India's four cuisine regions. The choice of North, South, East and West are yours.

Indian Summer 4.5 star review: A great Indian restaurant in Dublin. The New Interiors are superb especially with the bollywood images on the walls. Food was amazing with very authentic flavours. Service was brilliant . Went on the menupages deal. Would definitely recommend it!

Indian Summer 4.0 star review: I visited here with my wife on a Saturday. My wife had the rack of lamb to start which was excellent. I had the tandoori smoked chicken breast which was really succulent and tasty. For mains my wife had the chicken chettinad which was very hot - so if spicey is your thing this is the dish for you ! I had the duck pepper masala which was gorgeous and again perfectly done. Overall really enjoyable.

Indian Summer 2.5 star review: To start at the beginning it was a very wet evening, booked a 5pm table and parked close to the front door to minimise a soaking. We then found a sign on the front door saying to use the rear entrance and got soaked walking in the rain to the back door. There's no cover at all and then had to wait under a dripping entrance awaiting to be buzzed in. Once inside the restaurant the decor is nice enough but the noise of the place is quite irritating, the chap behind the bar cleaned and dropped cutlery into a bucket for over half an hour, each time someone buzzed to be let in caused a loud buzzer to go off in the restaurant. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant it took over half hour to get our starters, the food was ok and good enough value for the Early Bird option, the service could have been alot better. On leaving we got another soaking upon leaving at the back door which acts as a water trap and drenches you whilst leaving.

Indian Summer 5.0 star review: returned to Indian Summer last Saturday night, back to their best after their long closure due to the fire downstairs, food, service excellent, it was a little quiet due to the Leinster Rugby match but there was 8 of us so made up for the quiet atmosphere.

Indian Summer 3.0 star review: Beautifully renovated, excellent service. The restaurant is really smart. However, the food disappointed incredibly. From starter, to dessert, it was all quite tasteless. Other than the food, the place is fantastic.

The entrance also looks rather dodgy. But walking in, the decor is quite good.

Indian Summer 5.0 star review: Easily the best Indian restaurant I've been to in Dublin. The New Interiors are superb especially with the bollywood images on the walls. Food was amazing with very authentic flavours. Service was brilliant as we had a very enthusiastic young boy who kept us informed and amused basically a very good host!!! Went there with guests from India, and they were clearly impressed too! Would definitely recommend it!

P.S. Try the Pan Fried Sea Bass .. its to die for!
