Indie Spice (Sandymount) 4.5 star review: Visited this restaurant and chose from the set menu, had the bhaji to start which was amazing, the bhuna for a main course was alos delicious....I couldn't fault the food. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the staff are very polite and accommodating. Will definately be returning.

Indie Spice (Sandymount) 5.0 star review: Love this restauant. Have been 3 times now. The decor is very colourful and funky and the music is bliss! Very clean and staff v professional. Food has a modern twist of a v high standard. The week day lunch specials are fantastic value but the A la carte menu is quite pricey. Will keep visiting...One of my favourites.....

Indie Spice (Sandymount) 5.0 star review: Went on a sunday afternoon and were seated straight away - love the decor inside and relaxed atmosphere,

the food was very nice, but for the price the portions were very small. we both enjoyed the meal very much and would go back.

I love their take away deal which gives 2 starters. two mains two sides and 2 beers for 30 - I find this very good value and the food is wonderful.

I really liked the modern decor, especially the atmospheric lighting. The menu was well laid out, explaining some details about the ingredidents were selected, the food was very good and reaonable value. the service was prompt and efficient - a very enjoyable meal.

Indie Spice (Sandymount) 5.0 star review: Just in from a great discovery. A friend recommended this place tonight so off we popped in the car to Sandymount and quelle surprise!!.Delightful staff, great food and best of all €48 for two. Starters of seekh kebab, mains of Lamb Bunha and Chicken Tikka with Pilau rice and one dessert of delicious Strawberry ice-cream, 2 glasses of Merlot with a complimentary glass and a Baileys. Best value in town and take a table by the window and watch the evening stollers of Sandymount doing their thing.
Brilliant!

Indie Spice (Sandymount) 4.0 star review: I visited Indie Spice about a week ago with my family and really enjoyed it. The food was so tasty and the portion size I found to be enough and couldn't finish my main course. Prices are a little high than normal but I think you get value for your money. They also offer to wrap your leftovers. Staff were pleasant and didn't come over constantly which really puts me off restaurants. We were offered a complimentary drink when we asked for out bill.

I will definitely be back !

Indie Spice (Sandymount) 2.5 star review: I have been here a couple of times again over the last couple of months, but must say that the food is way too expensive for what you get.

It's 'ok' but if I'm expected to pay up to 24 euro for a Monk fish curry, I expect it to be served on a golden plate!

I haven't tried the take away yet, that looks more reasonably priced.. Overall, it's not bad, but seeing the amount of people there at dinner time (=not a lot) they would be better off lowering the prices a bit, to attract more customers per night.

(Pre recession prices imho!)

Indie Spice (Sandymount) 3.5 star review: The visiting day is an estimate.. We went for a takeaway, and were pleasantly surprised by the decor of the place. The bar upstairs, seemed very nice, and the place overall gave a very good first impression. We ordered to mains to go, and asked one Naan bread as a side. We were very disappointed, when we got home, and realized, there were no other sides with the meals. We had 2 times the "sauce" (one lamb and one chicken), but only one Naan bread to share on the side. We could not really understand, why we were not even asked, if that really is all we want. Food itself was ok, but a bit expensive. It is a new place, so hopefully they will pick up with the service..

Indie Spice (Sandymount) 5.0 star review: Lovely Restaurant, Good food. Dining room is very modern and menu reads well..I had samosa to start, taste was ok but size was disappointing, they were more like cocktail samosas. In mains i had Channa & Dal, They were yummy. My partner had Chettinaad which was a bit sweet and may be too much Tamarind, Missing flavours of black pepper & cloves. Breads were nice thin and crispy. We have been a fan of Swords Indie, so the manager did recognise us and complimented with King Cobras. Thankz again and best of luck. Cheers
