Nice place go to for a relaxing chill out morning by yourself or to catch up with friends. Skinny cappuccino's are lovely here.

I love the atmosphere in this place as it has got quite cozy seating and there's an outdoor area should you need a cigarette! lovely coffees and decent cakes (€4 for both is a great deal!). Food, however, could definitely do with a revamp. It's quite a limited menu and i got the vegetarian panini which , to be honest, was pretty gross (huge chunks of red onion, under-cooked panini and too much relish). My boyfriend got the BLT (basic enough-right?) . Pretty poor BLT! BUT , at the risk of sounding too negative, the staff are nice and the atmosphere good... coffee and cake kinda place :)

We dropped in here for breakfast the other day and were pleasantly surprised. I had visited a good while back but the place has undergone a transformation since then. We had a cooked breakfast each for €6.95 and you can keep getting tea or coffee refills for free. The cafe has free wi-fi, not that I used it but it might be handy if I'm waiting to meet friends in the future. All in all, it was a nice cozy place and I will be back!

I needed a warm place to come and do some work on my computer. I tried to go to another cafe that has good sandwich and coffee deals but all their spaces near the electric outlets were taken so I decided to come to Cafe Moda for something to eat and a coffee. I walked into an empty but cozy enough cafe (the upper part has nice sofas and the music is played at a decent noise level) and asked if I could use my computer there. The waitress said I could and asked me if I was going to eat or drink anything. I said that I would like something but would need to see the menu first. Obviously! I then ordered a hot chicken sandwich, which looked ok on the menu and a coffee. It wasn't a great deal like the other place, but I was there and it was cold outside. Everything arrived quickly but the sandwich itself was nothing special. A bit tasteless to be honest and at nearly €6 I expected something better. Instead I got a side salad of mostly onion, some tomato, and a piece of cucumber drowned in salad dressing.
Well, at least I have a comfy spot. But for a place that isn't competitive with the nearby restaurants, doesn't have wifi, it was hardly worth coming here, so I'll try and leave my place earlier to get a space at the other place.

Went to Moda for breakfast on a sunday afternoon and ordered two breakfasts. One breakfast arrived 10 minutes before the second, both were cold and the portions were extremely scabby. Cold scrambled eggs and 1 slice of toast €4.95. Very poor service considering it was quiet. We will not be going there again im afraid.

Went here for a coffee and snack during the week.A bit cramped and not enough staff working so it took ages to get served but they do great hot chocolate and bagels. prices aren't too steep either. Has a very chilled out atmosphere but the arrangement of furniture can lead to it being a bit cramped when its busy. The toilets downstairs are awful, with only one working properly and both smelling like they hadn't been cleaned in days.

I arrived here with my daughter for a coffee. I was pleased with the relaxed surroundings upstairs. The coffee was good, but a bit expensive. I decided to order some food, eggs benedict. It arrived promptly, but was disappointed with the outcome. The egg yolks were hard and were placed on a slice of regular ham, covered with a thick hollandaise sauce. Plus the tables are pretty small and low. This place is only suitable for a coffee visit.
