ordered take away twice from the rathmines branch, 1st time I was left with no naan but they credited me with 3 nan the next time, 2nd time everything was great , on both occasions the food was fantastic but my order tends to be around the 50 euro mark so I will only be ordering every couple of months or special occasions customer care was brilliant when I rang.

Got a take away delivered from Bombay Pantry. Food was good - but service was slow - and food cold when it arrived. Delivery man had difficulty finding house even though i left directions at time of ordering - i had to walk to the next street to meet the car. not really the point of delivery! no apologies... Anyways when we reheated the food it was good - if i was going to get again (probably won't though as i've had much better indian) i'd collect it myself.
