A delicious preparation of finely sliced onions and ground lentils, garlic, ginger, fennel, chaat masala, mild spice-methi. Pan fried.
A triangular shaped savoury delight which is mildly spicy. Made by stuffing a light pastry with a selection of fresh vegetables and deep frying in vegetable oil.
Potato, cauliflower, aubergines, onion with fresh coriander, garlic, ginger paste, green chilli, fennel and Indian mild spice. Coated with a savoury chickpea batter and deep fried in vegetable oil.
Tender pieces of chicken marinated overnight in yogurt, garlic and very mild Indian spices. Barbequed in a clay oven and served as a sizzling dish.

Diced chicken grilled on charcoal and served with a thick cream sauce, onion curry sauce, fresh ginger and tomato purée.
Chicken / Lamb Bhuna
Diced chicken / lamb cooked with fresh ginger and spring onions, coriander powder, mixed spices. Garnished with tomato and coriander.
Chicken / Lamb Piaza
Diced marinated chicken / lamb cooked with fresh garlic, ginger, mixed herbs, brown onion, poppy seeds and cashew nuts. Garnished with saffron.
