Maia Restaurant 5.0 star review: Have to say that from the moment we walked in to Maia the was a feel good factor. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. We had a menupages deal and our Bloody Marys were deliciously spicy. The full Irish Breakfast was presented immediately when cooked, and nothing on the plate felt as if it had been reheated. I had the 3 egg omelette, I asked for savoury and it practically contained the kitchen sink it was so full. They praise themselves for the best roasted coffee in Dublin, think it's true! So well done Maia, we will most definitely be back.

Maia Restaurant 4.5 star review: This is a lovely lunch/brunch restaurant and sandwich/juice/coffee bar. It is family driven, which shows in service and atmosphere of the place. It is like being home, and eating very tasty food. My favorite is the burger with one of freshly made juices. Worth trying out..

Maia Restaurant 3.5 star review: The food was pretty good. The place was very busy and the staff seemed quite rushed, it was hard to get their attention and it took a long time to get our bill. Also the prices are a bit high for a sandwich but it is Ballsbridge. I would eat here again.

Maia Restaurant 4.0 star review: We visited Maia on a lazy Sunday afternoon, and we quite liked the place. It is very relaxed, and the staff is really friendly. We had Piccante sandwich and a Burger, and both were very generous portions and really tasty. Each of us had also a freshly made juice from the juice bar, and these were nice and refreshing. Maia is a nice place to visit for breakfast, lunch or brunch. We will definitely be back.

Maia Restaurant 5.0 star review: I had a group lunch here recently of 12 people. The restaurant now only opens at breakfast and lunchtimes, only evenings it opens is if there is a match or event on in the Aviva. The service is excellent, the menu has been pared down significantly since my last visit but it covers off most italian dishes. The portions are huge, the bowls of chips were the biggest I have seen. The starters of chicken wings were also enormous. They don't have a wine list any more, just two bottles of white to choose from and two bottles of red. A bit disappointing if you like your wines. It was busy on the day we were there and it was all served very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return.

Maia Restaurant 5.0 star review: used a menu pages voucher for our visit, have driven passed this place many times but never gone in. The atmosphere was great the waiter was talking to some female customers and he was very entertaining. Food was lovely both of us had a pasta dish and it was wonderful, portions are large. Will not drive by again but will go back for food and atmosphere keep up the good work.

Lamb Cutlets with Garlic, Lemon and Paprika

Why not make up a large quantity of this marinade in advance – it is wonderful with cutlets and would also work well with leg steaks or loin chops. The longer you marinate the meat for, the better the flavour!
