Kinara Restaurant 4.5 star review: Absolutely amazing experience at Kinara. My husband is coeliac and we often find that we spend the first 10 minutes going through menus with waiters to pick out the things he can eat, definitely not the case with Kinara, as we ordered our meal we mentioned he was coeliac and it was no issue what so ever just a quick point to 1 or 2 things he couldnt have rather than having to pick apart the menu. The bar area where you wait before going to your table was really lovely and the upstairs restaurant area had a really nice atmosphere. All the food we got was so delicious, I had the Biryani for main and I found it to be amazingly spot on, its the most authentic Biryani I've tasted since I was in India. My husband loved every bit of his food and the best part was that we were able to share everything because it was all safe. The staff were also really nice and helpful so overall a great experience and we will definitely be back soon.

Kinara Restaurant 4.5 star review: Ive been to Kinara many times over the years and it has never let me down. Have tried just about everything on the menu at this stage and would have to say that the Mirch Masala Ghost it probably the best Indian or pakistani main course available in this city at the moment..

Kinara Restaurant 5.0 star review: Food is the nicest Indian food I've ever had. Lovely decor in restaurant and lovely Indian staff. Feels like going to India when you step inside. Vast menu and every dish is explained so you know what you're having. Had the tikka and it was gorgeous. The gulab jaman for dessert is lovely and not available in every Indian. Can be a bit expensive but to be expected for the quality of food. World class restaurant. A must for Indian lovers.

Kinara Restaurant 4.5 star review: High class restaurant, beautiful interiors, food to die for! I was very impressed with this place, great intimate atmosphere for a romantic dinner. Everything from starters, main course to desserts was absolutely on the money and it is rather expensive there but so worth it.

Kinara Restaurant 4.0 star review: I always thought the Kinara was overrated all my friends live locally and love it. I had previously had one experience which was not great there and it had put me off going there. However all was to change I went there with a group in November and really enjoyed it. We initially waited in a special bar area down stairs where we had drinks while our table was been prepared. the food was great we had a shared platter and I had a prawn dish for main course which was lovely melt in the mouth. the Wine went well with the food. We had our own little private dining area for the group which was nice I had been put up here before with our two kids and it was not very enjoyable as I felt we were not wanted with children and hidden away from the other diners. Overall It is a place you go for special occasions as it is a little expensive but well worth it for the food and don't bring children. however I hear the early bird is really good hope to try that soon.

Kinara Restaurant 4.0 star review: This place has the best chicken korma I have ever come across. It is creamy and thick, sweet and just delicious. The restaurant has great decor, very high class. Just finished renovations. With early bird you spend a reasonable amount for dinner but unfortunately the choice on the early bird is not extensive. Ordering A La Carte can be Very expensive so overall this restaurant is great for going out on those odd special occasion.

Kinara Restaurant 5.0 star review: Nicely located near Bull Island, this restaurant was quite a find! The decor is pleasant and tasteful. Everything was very clean. Service was attentive and prompt. Food was phenomenal! Freshly-prepared and absolutely amazing! We ate off the Early Bird menu, with a few items from the regular menu and whatever we had, was delicious!

even the ice cream on the Early Bird was not "plain vanilla."

definitely recommended, and will definitely be back.

Well done, Kinara!

my only gripe is that what appears to be the front entrance is the emergency exit, and there's no clear sign-post indicating this from outside. So, please note: the entrance is at the side of the building.

Kinara Restaurant 4.0 star review: They've just completed renovations including a new cosy bar at the back that you can have a drink before or after dinner. Decor is lovely, very friendly staff, good service, great ambiance and very tasty food. Early bird is fantastic value.
