One of my favourite restaurants. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and it draws a good crowd. The food is fantastic and great value for money, some might say a little pricey but if you like good quality food you won’t be complaining. This place is great with a group or for more intimate occasions.

My wife & I got engaged here, so Town Bar & Grill definitely holds a special place in our hearts. That was our first visit to the restaurant (almost 4 years ago) and we've been regular customers since. The atmosphere is fantastic - a great combination of private / romantic and lively, especially with the jazz trio that play at weekends (Sundays, I think). Food is top notch. I have to resist ordering the fillet steak every time I go there in fear of missing out on something else, but I'm rarely (pun intended!) successful. As far as the wine is concerned, the selection is extensive. I don't know a huge amount about wine, but I do know what I like & what I don't like. The staff are well versed and can make suggestions on wines that might work with your meal. The only downside is the price. Although it is probably in line with other restaurants of this caliber, it's not a place we could afford to go as regularly as we'd like!

I got a menupages deal for a main course, dessert and a champagne cocktail. I made the reservation online and everything worked well. When we arrived we were greeted very friendly and the seated. We got a table in a “cave” where there was only three table which was very nice, ask for this place if you want to have a bit more privacy. We received our champagne cocktail which was a very nice one to have before dinner. I loved the bread we received while looking at the menu. For main course we both had the fillet steak with béarnaise sauce which just melted in our mouths and didn’t want it to finish. This was very nice with a bottle of Chianti. For desert I had chocolate and hazelnut brownie, chocolate sauce, amaretto ice-cream, I was in heaven. I love chocolate and if you do too, have this desert. The service is very good and in a place like this I like when you can take your time and let the food digest in between meals. The decor is very cosy but I would say the only negative that it felt it is a bit dated... I really would recommend this place for people who appreciate amazing food, it is pricey but for a reason.
