Went to odessa on a work night out, we booked for the early bird and were told we had to have the table vacated by 9pm. Some people were late arriving in our group for the early bird but they still gave them their meal at early bird prices. When 9pm came they did not rush us and as we were still ordering wine we were left there, obviously they didn't need the table. The restaurant was busy on the night and every table was full. The service was a little slow but we were so delighted to be getting everyones meal at the early bird price and our group were arriving at all different times. The location is excellent as we headed to the mercantile afterwards. The food was really good I had the duck for the main course we all enjoyed the food. The early bird is really good value. We are definately planning another work night out in this restaurant.

I came here with a friend for an early bird. I was highly recommended to eat at Odessa by another friend. We were treated well on arrival, given any seat of our choice and eventhough the restaurant downstairs was not yet open, we were invited to dine in the salubrious surroundings of the upstairs restaurant. Food of good quality, I enjoyed the prawn cocktail and my friend had the pate, both good.For mains I had the chicken, it was of good quality, tender and well presented. My friend had the duck and complimented it. Sorbets and brownie choices for dessert and again of good standard. I would go back to Odessa again.

We had a 7pm booking and were advised we needed to vacate the table by 9pm. Service was attentive but we didn't feel rushed. Stars of the evening were the pate, the roast chicken with a delicious & festive sauce and the fish stew. The cheese plate was also pretty good. Worth a visit.
