Gotham Café is a casual eatery serving good food in a laid back environment, starting with a light breakfast menu in mid-morning and carrying right through until late night with an extensive and varied menu.
Our concept is to deliver top quality food, at reasonable prices, in an unpretentious and casual setting. Gotham Café is a neighbourhood restaurant where you can relax, chill out and enjoy yourself without feeling too worried about the size of the bill at the end!

It can fulfill many needs, being suitable for a quick meal if you are on your way to the cinema or theatre, to a full three course menu with coffee when you are in the mood for a little more.

Much of our menu and, of course, all of our signature pizzas, utilise our stone pizza oven which was imported for us from Washington State in the USA. These pizza ovens are regarded as the best in the world and we believe help us create outstanding pizza bases. Our pizza dough is freshly made every day, on the premises, using just five ingredients: flour, water, yeast and small amounts of salt and sugar.

Gotham Restaurant Group recently took part in the first ever Irish heat of the Global Pizza Challenge and won the Gold Medal.
So now we are officially Ireland's Best Pizza as voted by the Panel of Chefs of Ireland.
We will represent Ireland at the European Finals to be held in the UK in April - if we win that it's on to New Zealand in the Autumn.
Gotham Restaurant Group consists of Gotham Cafe, Gotham South in Stillorgan & The Independent Pizza Company in Drumcondra

My friend and I decided to have the early bird on Sunday evening. There is a good selection of both starters, main courses and deserts ( two courses €16 ). Food was tasty and portion size was very good. Service and friendliness of staff excellent. Wine prices are also very affordable. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will return.

I just love this restaurant bi have been going here since I moved to Dublin 20 years ago. It is a staple favourite of all the extended family. There is always a buzz around it. The staff are so friendly and the food consistently good and great value. I just cannot help going back.

ordered chicken with sweet potato chips. The chicken portion was tiny and the chips whilst delicious, were fairly scarce. The meal was served on a wooden board, rather than a plate, which doesn't exactly fill me with glee. I was still really hungry leaving the restaurant and had to stop on my way home

Keep coming back to Gotham. Noticed on the Menu that the place is there 20 years now !. We shared the Roast Veg Antipasti and had the Blackened Salmon and Garlic/Rosemary Chicken as mains. All very tasty and washed down with a sub €20 Grenache/Syrah. Great buzz to the place and tables turned over as soon as they were vacated. Very friendly and attentive staff. There's a reason why Gotham is there for 20 years. Long may it continue. Great food and great value - we'll be back.

Arrived on a Friday after the lunch time rush yet the place was packed and buzzing. We got the last available table and were quickly served. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich which comes with chips and it was lovely, good size portion. Reasonable prices, nice food, great service and atmosphere, would return for sure!

Great food and value for its location. Tried the fish cakes instead of the usually delicious pizza main and they were extremely tasty. The salad alongside the cakes was perfectly seasoned. Service was very prompt but would appreciate one person per service.

I live quite close to gotham south, so it is always an option when I dine out. Very cool restaurant with good good. Even if your not a fan of pizza's they have some very nice alternatives. The butternut squash pasta dish is a personal favourite. the service is quite good. The only problem is they stop serving early enough, I think i went down around 9.30 one night and we were told the kitchen had finished. Other than that its great place for a relaxing meal and it is excellent value.

Have been here on several occasions and have always enjoyed both service and food. Decided to drop in for lunch with a friend. We both opted for pizzas from the main menu and some chips on the side. Service was very good and the restaurant had a great atmosphere, very busy and lots of people chatting, enjoying themselves. Our pizzas arrived very quickly and every slice was enjoyed. Chips, although small in portion size were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Would recommend Gotham Cafe to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in the Grafton Street area.

went yesterday. staff friendly,. food shocking, Ordered a hamburger and although it arrived promptly it was burnt and dry. My son ordered a noho pizza which he enjoyed. 30 for both. I really shouldn't have paid for my dish,as all it was has a big bun with a tiny burnt burger about the size of a small egg in the middle.
