El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant 5.0 star review: Authentic and Excellent

Now I am truly spoiled as this restaurant is the real deal. This is bonafide Moroccan cuisine. We actually dined there two nights in a row. The first night we had the excellent couscous and a tagine dish made with figs and dates. The sauce was actually caramelized and amazing! The second night my husband was treated to a rare specialty that we had pre-ordered: goat! It too was cooked tagine-style and was a melt-in-the-mouth experience. This restaurant is owned and operated by passionate and customer-pleasing folks. They take pride in their work and it truly shows. We cannot wait to visit again the next time we are fortunate enough to be in Dublin.

El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant 4.5 star review: Used a menupages voucher so twas really good value for money. It was freezing cold outside but the restaurant was warm and the lighting had a glowing, romantic effect. The decor is stunning - very authentic. The waiter was very friendly and highly efficient and easy -on-the-eye!. I was suffering with a bad cold and was on paracetamol and my husband was driving so we said we did not want the glass of wine each so we had a soft drink instead. I was very impressed when he brought over another drink for us both, later on in the evening at no extra cost.He ran the place with such ease and he maintained a great atmosphere. We will be back for sure.

El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant 4.5 star review: Great atmosphere...starters were lovely, we had the mergues and the grilled sardines. Mains were marrakech tagine and chicken tagine which were a little bland, too much sauce in it, making it more like a stew. Will defo go back though to try something else.... service was excellent!

El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant 4.0 star review: I went for dinner with my boyfriend cos we got a very good deal in this website.
I always wanted to try it but after checking the menu we declined cos we found it a bit expensive.
The food is actually very nice. We both have lamb and it was very tender and tasty. I had cuscus as well and it was good, very filling too! I regret not ordering the sardines as a starter, I saw them when another couple order them and they looked delicious!! The waiter was very nice and attentive.
I will definitily come back if another offer comes up or for the early bird.

El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant 5.0 star review: We really enjoyed our first visit to El Bahia and will be back. First experience of Moroccan food. Very tasty. We had the menupages deal: €34 for 2 people: 2 courses and 1 glass of wine. The decor is lovely and you would never think you were in Wicklow Street. Excellent music too.

El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant 5.0 star review: Have been here numerous times, moreso now that they are doing a deal with menupages. The atmosphere is authentic and the service is friendly and you never wait for anything.
The menu has plenty to choose from and all of the dishes that i have tried have been amazing, The smell and flavours that come from the dishes simply make your mouth water. The moroccan wine and speciality desserts must be tried!

El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant 5.0 star review: We ate her last Friday as a party of 10 as it was my Wife's birthday. I have to see this place is fantastic. the food is really delicious and its great to step outside the comfort zone and try something new. I had the El Bahia Cous Cous which has chicken and lamb in it ( I know ...greedy guts) and it was really tasty and so tender. Delicious and authentic. The atmosphere was great as we had the party room so we could be as loud as we liked without disturbing other diners. I could not recommend this place enough. The value for money cant be beaten and overall 4.5 out of 5.
