5.0 The Restaurant at Dublin Wine Rooms 5.0 star review:
We just had dinner in the Wine Rooms for the first time and we will definitely be back. The food was amazing (The sticky date pudding is a must). The wine selection is fantastic and the service is very professional. The staff do not bother you but are always around when needed. The waiter gave a description of the wine we selected as we were trying it which was a nice touch. I would recommed The Wine Rooms to anybody. Cannot wait to go back. Thanks fo a great night.

5.0 The Restaurant at Dublin Wine Rooms 5.0 star review:
We went to the Wine Rooms for a dinner before heading to the O2. We booked our table and were seated downstairs in the wine bar, which I actually liked better than the upstairs restaurant - I think there is more character and atmosphere downstairs.
We did not have starters, as the dinner was pretty early and we were not hungry enough, instead we ordered mains and desserts, and of course wine.
The wine was very nice (we ordered something simple which they had by glass).
For the main I had tuna, which was delicious, though next time I will go for a more rare version (it was my own fault to ask for it to be cooked medium-rare). My husband had a duck which he also enjoyed.
As a side dish I asked for a mixed salad, and though it was not on the menu, I was still able to get it.
For the dessert we ordered coffee and 2 desserts, however, only 1 dessert was delivered and no coffee. It seemed that the staff were very busy and probably there was some confusion. We decided not to ask about our second dessert/coffee, as we were running late for the show in O2.
When we got the bill, the non-delivered dessert and coffee were not included.
Overall the food was above my expectations, very tasty and full of flavour, the wine was very nice and we will be back in the Wine Rooms.

Well done Dublin wine rooms!
I live in IFSC and was so delighted when i saw a cool new wine bar/restaurant pop up. I went there with my boyfriend for a quick dinner and it was delicious - we both had lamb shank and a delicious bottle of red. Not only delicious the service was prompt and friendly and the atmosphere was really relaxed and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place - for me the best restaurant in IFSC - and ive been to them all! Have been back since for lunch and that was absolutely delicious! Will be back soon.

3.0 The Restaurant at Dublin Wine Rooms 3.0 star review:
Being quite a frequent visitor to this restaurant and having built a relationship with one particular member of staff, we arrived on a Friday lunch time without a reservation looking forna table of 4. We arrived and were greeted with a warm, friendly smile and personally addressed (a nice touch especially as it was an impromtu meeting with clients). Our jackets and coats were hung up and we were seated in the back part of the restaurant which offered some privacy for us. Unfortunately however there was no atmosphere at all. The music was quite distracting as it was a mix of fast and slow tempo songs and at some stages we found it hard to hear each other so we had to ask for it to be turned down. We ordered drinks a very nice bottle of Albarino and some tap water for the table. The menu is simple, yet caters for everyone. I had the pork belly which was delicious, however could have benefited from more sauce. The steak and salmon both looked good, the spinach salad was extremely dissapointing as it was a bowl of spinach leaves dressed in an awful dressing with a couple of cherry tomatoes and some pine-nuts,We then had coffees and one bread and butter pudding (disappointing as it was very heavy and stodgy). Service throughout was excellent any questions we had were answered and recomendations for wine were offered, wine and water was topped up and we were checked on, However on leaving I was extremely disappointed to hear that the guy we had built a relationship with was finishing up, we will be missed. Also check out the menu downsatirs before eating upstairs as there was more of an atmosphere and also you can have the retaurant menu downstairs!
