Koh 5.0 star review: Koh is a restaurant that we visit now and then and it never dissappoints,i phoned today to see could i get a reservation for four people, he said he could fit us in, then i pushed customer services to see could we get room 101(alcove)as it was my sister and brother in laws 26th anniversary and they were over from london to celebrate, they had never been to KOH,and wasnt really sure my sister would eat ,as she is very picky eater, more chipper or fast food person.
when we arrived alcoves were busy, and we got a lovely booth down back,we were having our delicious starters when we told alcove was empty,so we moved there after starter,we all really enjoyed our starters, mains, and dessert, even my very fussy sister,
Four glasses of complimentary bubbly were brought to our table.
Evening was really lovely, and i would like to thank every member of staff that looked after us this evening for making it a very special evening for sister and brother in law.will have to make sure next visit is soon

Koh 4.0 star review: My friend and I ate in here last night. I go to Koh every once in a while and every time it doesn't disappoint. The food here is absolutely delicious and consistent every time. We shared the Ribs for starter and the sauce is wonderful. It has just the right amount of aniseed/sweetness. We shared our mains of Prawn Pad-Thai and Lamb Massaman Curry. Yummy is all I can say, really, really yummy. Even when I was full I couldn't bring myself to stop eating it was that good. If you have not eaten in this restaurant please try it, you'll be pleased.

Koh 1.0 star review: So disappointed! I would say that myself and my boyfriend have been regular customers of Koh over the last couple of years where I regularly order the same dish, both in the restaurant AND when we get take away. I always rated the food in Koh to be a little bit expensive but delicious, so therefore worth it. Unfortunately last Sunday night we both had awful meals. I had my regular Koh Rice (which used to be 11.50 but is now 14 euro) but the only fresh ingredient on the plate was the coriander garnish. My boyfriend had his regular Chicken and Cashew Nut dish which he also thought was very poor. Microwaved (in our opinion.) We were both extremely disappointed and mentioned it to the waitress, (who was lovely.) The manager avoided our table like the plague after that, even though there was only one other table in the restaurant. On departure I took said manager aside to politely warn him that he should maybe keep an eye on this new chef as he/she is not performing. He couldn't have been less interested in what we had to say. I can put up with price hikes AND bad food if they are then followed by a measure of decency when receiving constructive criticism. But no. I don't think we will be giving Koh the benefit of the doubt as a result. We won't be back unfortunately.

Koh 4.5 star review: Went here last night and top notch as usual!

I had the 3 Gyoza to start with and then Prawn Phad thai - the early bird is €17.50 for 2 courses or €20 for 3, which is great value!

My friend had the chicken satay, for which the waitress offered to substitute peanut sauce for chilli sauce as my friend is allergic to nuts, so she was delighted.

Atmosphere was brilliant, very busy! and the service was friendly & prompt.

Koh 3.0 star review: Was not too impressed by a recent visit here, very poor choice for vegetarians although this cuisine is very easily adaptable to this diet. My companions were not overly impressed with their meat and fish dishes either, consensus was that everything was 'fine', but we expected more from this restaurant, not very good value for money.

Koh 4.5 star review: First time here on Sunday and really loved it. The atmosphere was lovely, we were sat at a booth which is perfect when your on a date, the surounds and lighting set a very relaxing mood as do the staff, who were very welcoming and not all over you which I hate. Really laid back which is what I like when having a meal out.
The food was amazing, really enjoyed everything. Best dunk I've had in Dublin by far it was of a really high quality. The noodles were amazing too, everything was. I had a cocktail instead of desert and it was also amazing. Will defo be back. The food is expensive so I'd try make it for the early bird next time. Also the house white was awful. But would defo recommend if you enjoy high quality thai food.

Koh 3.5 star review: The food was lovely here and good size portions. The downfall was the service we were left waiting for a while although we had a table booked. The waiter took a good 15mins to take a drinks and food order. We had to ask for water for the table. The starters are a bit expensive. Had a nice night but was waiting a lot of the time for the waiters to come to us, at one stage we had to go and get one? I would go back but would expect better service.

Koh 4.0 star review: We visited this place with a party of 5. First thing to notice is the elegant interior of the cocktail lounge. Compared to this the dining area didn't impress much, especially as we were placed at one of the tables in the middle with a lot of traffic behind our backs.
Service overall was excellent. Although there were 2 hen nights and one birthday party already on this evening, service was attentive, friendly and very quick.
The actual food was a delight. The scallops i had as a starter were fabulous and the chili beef main was the best i ever had in any Thai restaurant. I also only heard praise from the other members of my party and what i tasted from their dishes was outright delicious.
Overall great food, great service. We'll definitely visit this restaurant more often.
