Second time I have eaten here in four days. We went to the steak house and ordered a nacho starter as starter to share, half way through eating our starter our main courses were delivered. We order a bottle of red wine only to be informed the Wolf Blass was not available so we were given a Rosemount Shiraz at the same price. We ordered desserts and another bottle of wine, after 10 minuets we were informed they had now run out of the wine we ordered. We were given a choice of two alternatives neither of a good standard and told the price was the same. We took the cheap alternative and waited ten minuets but to no avail. Asked what the problem was and were told they had no corkscrew. After 20 minuets and no furter explaniation we decided to pay and leave. At no time was an apology offered and we were treated with indiffernce. Food plentiful but poor qualility especially for the price, service was poor and would definetaly not eat here again!

Attended a large function for DDSL soccer coaches and players - had to be the worst food i've tasted in a long time... mas-produced mush - ham (or was it gammon?) would have made a nice pair of soles for my shoes... turkey was overly moist (they always do thadt in alrge fucntions to faciliate re-heating)... dreadful service was efficient but not friendly Room was neatly laid out Before-hand Staff at receiption weren't tuned into those setting up the room and there was chaos in the main lobby where a few hundred guests stood in a throng while they waited for the room to be prepared.
