El Cordobes Tapas 5.0 star review: We went to El Cordobes for the Early Bird Special on a Sunday afternoon and LOVED the food.

There was very little atmosphere as there weren't many other customers but the food and service made up for that. I will definitely be returning again - The scallops and black pudding is a must have and at €33 for 6 tapas and bottle of wine its great value

El Cordobes Tapas 5.0 star review: Went there with my wife and daughter on Wednesday evening. Unexpectedly the place was very busy. Unexpectedly because we found it very hard to find this place as on the penupages vouchers that i bought there was no street name and number mentioned, neither Blanchardstown "Village" specified, so took the bus to the blanchardstown shopping centre area. so we had to walk about 30 min asking locals the directions and being upset about this fact My expectations about this place weren't great, after all it took about 3 min before we were shown to our table but soon it all changed to better and then grand after Mercedess (Spanish Waitress) started serving our Table. She was trying her best to provide fast, efficient quality and friendly service with a great sense of Humor, She would be a good asset to any hight street Restaurant. We ordered 4 tapas first, which arrived reasonably quick, considering that the place was almost full and busy. we orered another 4 tapas on arrival of first 4. the food was great, so were wine and beers. after the Tapas I felt full but having seen the 8oz Steak on a Stone I didn't think much and ordered one to share with my wife but had to eat all as she couldn't accommodate more food. overall It's a great place, I would defo become a regular if I was a local there but anyway will be back with my friends too who are a big steak fans. Highly recommend to everyone who loves good F&B, Efficient smiley and friendly service

El Cordobes Tapas 5.0 star review: Myself and the other half (both poor students) came here for our anniversary/my birthday using the menudeals voucher. Food was great, so we ended up ordering more-I am a sucker for olives breads & dips. The beer battered fish was deemed his favourite. Service was excellent and they didn't mind swapping the 2 glasses of wine and 2 of beer for 4 glasses of wine. A bit out of my area however, but would make the effort to come back.

El Cordobes Tapas 5.0 star review: The Early bird value is just amazing. Food is lovely and fresh - we loved the chicken skewers and calamares. I would suggest to add to the selection some more filing dishes (there's only patatas bravas, which I had to avoid because of sharing with my daughter) or salads. Otherwise strongly recommend.

El Cordobes Tapas 0.0.0 star review: I visited El Cordobes with my wife and son for lunch and was very disappointed with the whole experience. We ordered a selection of tapas and one of the prawn dishes was not cooked properly, the prawn were still frozen inside. I brought it to the attention of the waitress, who took the dish away and brought it back 2 minutes later.
I went to the restaurant to complain, but the manager was not there. 2 weeks later the manager rang me, apologised and promised me vouchers for a free meal to make up for the bad experience i had. I am still waiting... i wont be going back and would strongly advise anyone else to avoid this restaurant.
