Cafe Haven 5.0 star review: Cafe Haven.A short time back I "stumbled" upon a place called Cafe Haven. Being a coffee lover the name caught my eye, the exterior was colorful, shiny and modern looking with a very nice alfresco area. I had a headache and was needing something in my tummy so thought "give it a try". First thing I noticed was the aroma of beautiful coffee as I neared the restaurant, mmm I thought! Inside I noticed that the staff were smiling and seemed genuinely friendly,also I was surprised at variety of coffees available "What can I get for you sir" asked by the chap behind the counter, How's your espresso says I, "Top Notch" was the reply. Let me have a double espresso and a chicken salad sandwich, coming up, he said. So I picked myself a table and sat. Along came my order. Now having heard "top notch" I was EAGER to put it to the test! I let the sugar slide from the spoon into the espresso and watched as it slowly sank to the bottom of the cup(VERY GOOD INDICATOR), my mouth watered,now for the taste....tastes like more was my thought, and the sandwich, well my tummy said YUMMY. I tucked in. Looking around me I found some of the daily newspapers, nice touch I thought, then I noticed it was a wi fi zone, nice "find" I thought, definitely make my way back here. "What's the verdict ?" I heard from behind me. It was the guy who served me, my mouth being not quite empty, I gave the thumbs up sign, both! He came over and introduced himself as Pat, one half of a husband and wife team, the other half being Angie. We got talking,I had to compliment him on everything. He told me that all of their foodstuffs can be traced to source(HUGE PLUS) and that they have built the business on customer loyalty and "word of mouth",makes sense said I. He told me that they also cater for functions, conferences, parties etc. On leaving I said "see you again for sure, and as luck would have it a couple of weeks later a friend decided to throw a surprise party for his wife and I suggested Cafe Haven to do the catering,they did it, and everybody commented on the food! Bravo cafe haven!! SEEK them out and DON'T MISS OUT!! You will like...and want to share!!! MY THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS and to all the staff at Cafe Haven!!

Cafe Haven 5.0 star review: This place is a hidden gem. Staff are friendly, service is fast and efficient and the food has excellent variety and is always tasty. I would regularly go to Cafe Haven for my lunch and whether it's a takeaway salad plate or one of their hot lunches I've yet to be disappointed. An excellent range of choice from traditional Irish, Curries and Italian. All done equally well.
