Lovely atmosphere, great location but such slow service! Well, slow service if they remember you. In my case, they just forgot my order.. had to remind them twice! Value is alright, but the food is nothing special.. average pub grub. Sure I'll be back for drinks in the evening, but back for food? I don't think so.

Bakers corner offers good pub food with a decent service and tranquil atmosphere on a Sunday evening. The evening menu offers a good choice of dishes and I tasted the pizza with cheese, pepperoni and ham. It was thin crusted and tasted lovely, very enjoyable. For dessert homemade apple pie and cream was also quite enjoyable. Other desserts on the menu were ice cream, tiramisu, cheesecake etc, so a good selection. For pub grub i would rate this place quite well. However the food was relatively slow to arrive and my partners sirloin steak was overcooked.
