Shirley House 4.0 star review: I have eaten here many times as I live locally and it is convenient for an enjoyable family meal. The pricing is reasonable. The portions are plentiful and the food is always enjoyable. Their yuk sung is the best that I have ever tasted .I usually eat the Kung Po Chicken and the taste is always consistently good.My family stick with the chicken curry or sweet and sour chicken and have never had cause to complain.The staff are friendly and helpful but in my opinion stick to the job of being efficient . There is no attempt to get to know their customers in an informal way , by that I mean there is no chit chat which could only serve to improve their business. That being said they pay attention and aim to please. Perhaps it may be a cultural thing but I do think if they were to adapt to the Irish clientele expectations a little more they could have a thriving business and a full restaurant a lot more often. Their food is deserving of a thriving business.The restaurant is rarely full despite the quality of the food.

Shirley House 4.0 star review: Ate in here a good few times and the food is always lovely, service is good, it's never really full though not sure if it's just the times I go at but it's nearly always empty! Overall ive always enjoyed the food and price is good. The take away isn't nice at all, I think they use the left overs from the restaurant for the take aways!!

Shirley House 4.0 star review: Have eaten here on many an occasion as it is handy because I live in Crumlin as do all my friends..its usually our place to go to catch up, while we never complain about the food or service its not a blow you away restaurant, food is always cooked nicely, fresh and the staff are helpful, the place is a bit quite, sometimes feel we have to keep our voices down though. Will go back.

Shirley House 4.0 star review: I love the curry in here, love the chicken balls and cury chip! The chow mein is the best chow mein I ever had with the satay sauce. Never had a sit down there always go there for my take away once a week because never disappointed!!

Shirley House 5.0 star review: I really really love this place. I eat here a lot & have never found fault. Food is fab, staff very friendly & very funny. Even the take away is gorgeous, I moved from Dublin 12 about 18 mths ago & still go back here for meals & take aways. Have yet to find somewhere that compares!!!
