Oscar Taylor Restaurant 3.5 star review: We went here for early bird as it was one of that restaurant that I would think of to go any time. it was a very disappointing experience . The food in particular felt like as it it was left over from Sunday, bit of smell, no flavour what so ever. It was that same with my partners meal too. Hope it was once off but don't know to be sure. Wanted to go there last night but could only think of the experience we had last time and couldn't dare to go.

Oscar Taylor Restaurant 4.5 star review: Can't say enough about the staff and food in Oscar's. We went one Wednesday evening for my mother in law's birthday, just three of us with a toddler. After a friendly welcome, we were given a table with a great view, the toddler was promptly given a high-chair and soon afterwards a waitress very kindly brought him a little meal of his own, no charge. Service was prompt and extremely efficient, food was delicious, well-cooked and presented, with generous portions. Mother in law was pleasantly surprised when waitress very kindly brought her dessert with a birthday candle alight! A lovely touch! The bill was very reasonable, and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. There were a few tables occupied when we arrived, and several more by the time we left. Compliments to the staff and management, we will be back!

Oscar Taylor Restaurant 4.0 star review: 3 of us went here for Early bird menu. for starters we had scampi and crab cake , Main course Turkey & ham, Fish and chips , chicken and chips. should say everything was so good. Crab cake best of all the crab cakes had so far. Dessert we had Ice-cream and pear & almond tart very delicious. Can't wait going back already...

They were impressed with the location, the decor and the atmosphere. But, most of all they were impressed with the food, the service and the value for money. Keep up the good work.

Oscar Taylor Restaurant 4.5 star review: Three of us went for dinner on Tuesday. There were good few people in the restaurant by 7PM. This was our second visit and I always look forward to go here. Food was down to earth, Menu reasonably priced. Our daughter had chicken & chips and she finished every last piece of it. I had scampi and turkey and ham, my partner had crab cake and fish and chips, we had pear & almond tart. Everything was so perfect : food , service and atmosphere. We will be back soon.

Oscar Taylor Restaurant 4.0 star review: Love Oscar Taylors, have been going here since I was a child it was always a favourite of my dads, had 3 course dinner in the restaurant for 2 adults and 2 children, set menu with very good choice, food was lovely, kids burgers weren't great but that was our only complaint, service was good, value can not be faulted at Oscar Taylors no matter what time you go they have some sort of deal on, staff are very welcoming, Very relaxing pleasant sunday dinner

Oscar Taylor Restaurant 5.0 star review: I'm an Irish girl who is living in the United States and have recently returned to Dublin for a visit. I went to Oscar Taylor's 3 times during my last trip as I was so impressed by the service and food. I have to mention the manager, she was so helpful to our party of 4 which is the main reason that we returned another couple of times during our visit. She ensured our experience at the restaurant was top notch, she was very attentive and extremely professional. The food was also very good, the steak is great value and was cooked exactly the way I asked. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the views of the sea, the food but most of all for the service. Next time I'm back in Dublin I will be returning to Oscar's and look forward to the same exceptional service from all team.

Oscar Taylor Restaurant 5.0 star review: Visited the Sunday carvery for a birthday and some cousins visiting from the country. Party of 10 in all.Some had the roast beef and others the turkey. Was to die for. Lots of food on the plate and great value. The halp OAP portion is a great idea. Good to have Oscar back.
