I have eaten here on a regular basis as it is narby and very reasonable with a soup and a main course special for ten euro although there are no vegetables provided, something the owners no doubt picked up from working in other Dublin establishments, (only city I've evr seen this happen). Still I have to say that I had the nicest/weirdest soup combination ever and hope that they have it on the menu again soon: Olive and Horseraddish, absolutely gorgeous!

I ate in Pifko on Saturday for lunch.
The menu was good but pricey. For mains you only get the meat dish with the veg being charged for as an extra. Paid €10.90 for pork on plum sauce which wasn't value when compared with other restaurants.
However, they do good deals during the week for both lunch and evening meals.It's a pity they don't extend them to the weekend.
