I have eatine in Diep many times before and it's consistently good and last night i went with a friend on a menupages voucher. I thought that the portions would be smaller or we would have a limited menu to choose from, but we had the full menu and the portion sizes were the same size as usual, there was no scrimping on anything and it was all delicious! We were both very impressed. Also, there was a little problem with the voucher but the manageress was incredibly nice and sorted it out. I have always loved Diep but love it even more now. Oh and there was a live band playing which was really great!

We are regular visitors to Diep and I enjoy it every time. The menu now is limited when compare to the original (celtic Tiger) menu but happily they have maintained most of the good dishes and kept the quaillity extremely high. Also found out this visit if you remember something off the old menu the Chef will cook it for you - made me a vey happy bunny. The price has also dropped with the reduced menu and this is definetly a positive.
One minor critisim - Turn the bloody band down a bit - they are very good but overpowering to conversation.

Diep is a really nice place and the staff are super friendly. It's always buzzing. Service is really excellent. The food is really good and it's good value for money. Highly recommended!

We ate here last night with our menupages voucher. We were greeted very warmly and brought to a lovely table. The food and service were very good and the live background music was wonderful. It was a long time since we had eaten here but really due to the fact that we rarely eat in the city centre, but the value with the menupages special offers, has encouraged us to come into town more often. We will be back to Diep.

Used a menu pages voucher, so was waiting for the usual restrictions on the menu.. But no, we could order any starter and any main course. As the voucher for two only cost EUR40 and the aromatic duck starter was EUR15, I was quite surprised. Duck was delicious as were the mains. Service fab and the waiter even ran down the street after me as i had forgotten my shopping bag. Will defo return

Very warm welcome, enjoyed a drink at bar before being brought to our table. Food really good and they were more than helpful and willing to tweek a dish to suit me. Only complaint was we both found it a little cold in restaurant. We were sittting down from main door that was being open and shut all evening and allowing an icy wind to come down !! Such a pity there were no curtains to kill the breeze or a screen. I will certainly go back but not in the Winter again !!
