Chandpur Indian Restaurant 4.0 star review: I have been to this restaurant on numerous occassions and I must say it ticks all the boxes for me.Staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is to "die for" and most inportantly the food is consistantly good which not something you can say about all restaurants.If you are in Donegal Town and in the mood for indian there only one location and it is here.

Chandpur Indian Restaurant 4.0 star review: Lovely little Indian in Donegal town, went for he early bird menu, small but good choices. Large main menu, all the food was very tasty, and served within good time. I have also bought one or two takeaways from here, but I find the takeaway menu far too expensive, epecially when rice is not included.

I would like to thank Newbie for taking the time to post a review on Menu Pages, however I was saddened to read that he thought our takeaway menu was expensive.
We do however give a complimentary plain rice or plain nan bread to the value of €1.50 with every main course ordered, so he was incorrect in his comment.
We clearly state this on the menu, however if you order a special rice or a flavour nan we charge the difference, so this is maybe where our customer was slightly confused.
We do also give complimentary poppadoms and dips with every order to the value of €1.50, so this again we feel this is good value.
We are also well known for our generous portion sizes and do hope that our customer newbie will appreciate our reply.

Chandpur Indian Restaurant 5.0 star review: This restaurant has a fantastic menu with food which is absolutely brilliant. I have eaten in many Indian restaurants and there are none can measure up to Chandpur. The 'Railway Curry' is mouthwatering as is the Lamb Sag and the starters are delicious especially the 'selection' which gave us the chance to try a few different dishes. Very efficient staff and wonderful relaxing ambience. This has to be the best Indian restaurant in Ireland, can't wait to return for more sumptious delights.
