3.0 Austins Rooftop Restaurant 3.0 star review:
Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant finishes around 11.30 - maybe before, maybe after. I have been refused scrambled eggs before just after 11 but at 11.30 the server decided I could have eggs because "we're not busy". Not great or predictable service. The eggs and coffee themselves were good, though not great value. If you want value you might want to go for the full breakfast (and probably arrive earlier)
