Springfort Hall Hotel 1.5 star review: Dined here with the family recently and found the location and building lovely old world.
As for the meal very disappointing and very expensive for what we recieved. We did pass comment to the waitress but we were given very little satisfaction.
Starters kids soup very salty - ceaser salad bureied in mayo
Mains - kids chips and nuggets v poor (3 nuggets a plate)
Adults steak poorly cooked as for medium got rare to blue, sides cabbage with steak along with poor chips
other adult mains was 40%+ fat
desserts very expensive
staff overall very pleasant but very disappointed for a family meal out and very bad value for money - will not be returning diner beware

Springfort Hall Hotel 4.0 star review: 3 of us dined here on a Wed. Nice surroundings & food pretty good - chicken dish on the night was good but peppered burger not very exciting (not a normal burger and no bun etc). Good value on a wed for their offer.

Springfort Hall Hotel 5.0 star review: Visited Springfort Hall for Sunday Lunch recently with two friends. Always find it a very pleasant experience.

The food was excellent, service second to none. Even though the restaurant was very busy staff were most friendly and courteous.

Would recommend and have recommended this restaurant to many friends.

Springfort Hall Hotel 5.0 star review: We ate here on Saturday night, just in the bar. There was a big gang of us in and they had no problem seating us! The food took a while to come out, but when it did, it was really nice!! The owner/manager/proprietor came over at the end to ask us how we had found the meal, which was a really nice touch. I got the curry which was nice and mild and there were also nice compliments given for the burgers, the lamb shank and the fish too!

Springfort Hall Hotel 3.0 star review: I have been here a few times the surrounding are lovely but I have to say that still some of the male staff I find don't write the orders down and this can lead to errors in the order.

I recently had the past with ricotta cheese tasty but over priced and a very small portion I left hungry. Overall portions are small I think in future I would only really go there for a dessert and coffee as there desserts are nice.

Springfort Hall Hotel 4.0 star review: Five of u ate here last Sunday for lunch. The setting is beautiful and we ate in the conservatory style bar/restaurant. At first we were a bit worried as the food took a long time to come but the waiter apologized and as the setting was so nice and relaxing we didn't mind. Thankfully the food was very good. Nice presentation, tasted good and good portion size. It is on the dearer side but we didn't mind paying as we enjoyed the meal. I would definitely recommend it (if you are not in too much of a hurry!).

Springfort Hall Hotel 4.5 star review: Went here with my family for a get together meal, you are always made to feel special here, there attention to detail is quite good, food is always good and on the rare occasion you have a gripe it is dealt with immediatly. Family run business and you would know it as it is a tight run ship with hand picked staff, I will continue to go here as long as this is the case...well done..!
