Thai Thanie 4.0 star review: I dined here with a friend on a busy Friday night. We hadn't made a reservation and the initial reception seemed a little frosty - possibly because we hadn't booked. The food, though, was as good as ever. I had my favourite Tom Yam soup which was really tasty and then a red curry for main which was delicious. My friend had a delicious duck dish and overall with these two courses and sorbet for dessert, we were happy with our meal. It's quite good value for money and for what it is, this place fares well. Maybe make us feel a bit more welcome!

Thai Thanie 3.0 star review: have been here a few times and also have got take away's aswell,the one recurring feature for me is the price of the food,which is a bit overpriced,it tastes good but when you think you're getting a little overcharged especially for take aways is put's me off from going again(i've experience with food costs) which is a pity since midleton has a really poor standard of restaurants and the food here is above average,and also the duck dishes are not crispy enough defo for the past few times i've had them?
and another thing that comes to mind is this place is open 7 nights a week and what seems to be the manager/owner has a really "i don't want to be here face",all in all a little reduction in price especially for take aways i.e 2 beef and brocolli with rice is 27 euro's!thats a lot for quantiy your getting,just wanted to see im i the only one who feels like this.

Thai Thanie 5.0 star review: Went here with my oh on new years eve. It was fantastic!! The staff were brilliant even though it was very busy, and the food was amazing! I have been thinking abou the duck in chilli oil that I had ever since. It was so tasty I asked for a doggy bag and this was done for me without any problem. Cant wait to go again, only critisim is it was a bit bright imo. Really great food, you must try it. OH had beef pangang - wow!!

Thai Thanie 5.0 star review: Visited here for an Early Bird on a Sunday evening. Starters and main course were medium size portions, but the quality was excellent. Deserts were average, coffee was good. Altogether, well worth the visit - goddd value for money and very friendly and efficient service. Will definitely go again.

Truly an excellent restaurant which everyone either living in or visiting Cork should try. You owe it to yourselves. Excellent value too.

Thai Thanie 3.0 star review: My partner and I ate here on the Sunday of the June bank holiday weekend, I had been looking forward to this meal as I had been told a lot about it, maybe that was the problem I was expecting too much. I found the ambiance and the decoration good (although we had booked, we were put in a corner where the walls were a bit grubby)The food was ok and the service matched. Will I go back? Probably as it would be unfair to judge it on just one visit. Will I be in a hurry? Not likely, when there are so many other places to visit.
