This is one of my favorite restaurants, the food is fresh and delicious and the service is quick! It offers really unique Japanese style food and is great value! The lunch menu is great value 9.95 for a dish and a drink. I would recommend a curry or spicy ramen dish, some of the less spicy dishes can be a bit bland!

4.5 Wagamama (Cork) 4.5 star review:
Food was absolutely lovely, fresh and quick. The sevice was a bit disappointing as they kept getting our order wrong and we found it a bit expensive for what we got.
We had small children with us and were sat away from everyone else which was a good idea as we didn't have to worry as much about the children disturbing the other customers.
The desert menu was very boring however peach ice tea is gorgeous.

If your looking for something a bit different, wagamama will do just that!
A Japanese style noodle bar with a wide variety of dishes, including rice and noodle dishes, Wagamama Cork has a pleasant atmosphere and efficient staff. The side dishes in particular are good - try the gyoza, you won't be disappointed!
The only thing about the set up they have is if you dont like sitting next to strangers it might not be the place for you. a canteen style seating plan gives a slight sense of separation from your partner. you wont notice this as much if you are in a 4+ group though.
Perfect for dinner before a night out or a movie.

’m a regular user of Wagamamas. The staff are always friendly and really efficient even during the busy hours. The lunch time offers are really good value. Wagamamas is a great place to catch a last minute meal and even late at night when most kitchens are closing. The new menu has lots of new options to try - the new coconut based dishes are very nice and there are more seafood selections also.

Wagamama's is a great place to drop in for fresh, tasty and reasonably priced food. There was a large queue out the door on this occasion but it moved quiet quickly as the service is so good. There was a great buzy as usual in the restaurant and we enjoyed good quality food.

I like the benches and the idea of eating together. However, when I went there with my son, we were shown to an out of the way place by ourselves. Very good tasty food. Nice addition of free green tea. My only slight gripe is with the noodles and chicken on the kids' menu. The portion was tiny and the noodles had obviously seen better days. Go for the rama instead. I have never tried the desserts as the main course portions are just too big, but the idea of the very different flavours really appeals to me.
I'd recommend it

Love the style of Wagamama, the benches make it feel really intimate and authentic. I was a little disappointed with my meal - I had the katsu chicken curry - but my friend's dish was lovely. Id be willing to give them another shot but would try a different main. Coconut ice cream for dessert was lovely

I was here for a very quick dinner on the 9th. I receved a voucher by email offering 2 for 1 main course from wagamama so i decided to eat out. ( you can register with their website and you will receive the offers by email) by the end of the night i kind of felt disappointded. I am not sure weather it is their food or maybe just that I am not keen on japanese food, but every time I come here I am a little disappointed and feel that the food is a little bland. I guess it is ok but for a thai lover, with love for strong flavours, japanese just does not hit the spot. The service was good enough and one thing, it was very fast. I guess it is good that they have offers as well so the value was very good. We had 2 main courses for 17 euros with the 2 for 1 offer which is very good. I would say, it's not for everybody.
