Judging by the previous reviews, my guest and I must have landed on a bad night. Whilst the place was only a quarter full, if that, and no big rush apparent, the service was very slow. Front of house blamed the service on the "chef having burnt several pizzas and done a runner". Yes, these were the words spoken. My guest, (an ambassador for the Spanish tourist industry), was less than pleased with his "Bland" but "Reasonable" food. Mine on the other hand was a Pizza with base, burnt at the edges.The topping was stewed to the point of being tasteless, and also burnt at the edges. I was hungry and ate three quarters, as I was not prepared to wait another hour for a second go. We didn't chance desert, but left without making a scene and payed in full. You may think this review harsh, but I neither smoke or drink and have quite good taste buds. I enjoy good food and take pleasure in leaving good reviews, but sorry Antonio's, this didn't do anything for me.

I just don't get what the fuss is about. Yes, the kids liked the over priced pizza. But the bolognese was awful and the overpriced chicken was just ok.. not good.. ok. The service was chaotic and confused albeit friendly.

Ate here last week after being recommended from local, Unfortunately it did not live up to reviews as the pizzas were fine but my wife had the bolognese and it was inedible and really tasted awful. They need to look at reducing the prices.
