I ate at this establishment several weeks ago. The menu listed here doesn't include items on the menus we were given recently. I ordered the Thai Prawn fish cakes which came with salad, chips and a dipping sauce. I can't recall the sauce exactly. Three small fishcakes arrived on the plate, the diameter of a tealight candle. The chips were obviously frozen and not freshly cut and the salad consisting of mixed lettuce leaves, capscium slices, tomatoes and red onion was dry. I cut gently into a fish cake and deemed it to be very peppery. Initially i thought someone had a heavy hand with the pepper. Then i took another cut into it to discover a large red chilli placed carefully in the centre of the cake. It was the size of a 1 cent piece. It was not sliced thinly and totally overpowered the dish. I have a high tolerance for chilli but this was ridiculous. Thai fish cakes need to have a good balance of flavours. I could not taste anything else other than the chilli. Chilli was not even an ingredient listed on the menu under the fish cakes. Did the chef even taste the food?! I expected there would be chilli in it as I am a fan of thai fish cakes. But had expected it to be blended or finely chopped with the other ingredients. Anyone not a fan of chilli might get a shock. Each cake was exactly the same. There was nothing Thai about it. A friend ordered a cajun chicken panini. It arrived overheated with overcooked cheese. Cheese was not an ingredient listed in the menu for this dish either. And my friend doesn't like cheese! There was no taste of cajun spice from the chicken either. Very disappointing food for such a promising venue by the waterfront. It is a shame standards have dropped so much. The fish cakes were 11.95 euro and so overpriced for such poor quality. Staff were pleasant though.

I visited for lunch and even though it was not overly busy i found service quiet slow however they were pleasant. The outside space provides a nice setting, The food was ok, good portions, but for lunch i found it was too expensive and i wouldnt rush back there.

Always like to take visiting friends here for at least a drink... Recently took some friends for lunch visiting from Canada. Food was tasty and the portions were reasonable. The menu was slightly limited. I have also found in the last 12 months the prices have gone up a little and found a bit pricey for lunch! That said, the service was attentive and the quality of the food good so can you put a price on that???
