Headed into the Wilton for some Sunday Lunch while visiting the hospital across the road. We ate in the pub part which is big and bright with lots of comfy seating. Food is from a self service Carvery - there was a great selection of mains on offer and we had three roast dinners (2 beef, one lamb) and a lasagna. The roast dinners were lovely, great meat with a variety of potatoes and vegetable, the lasagna wasn't great however, the pasta in it was a bit hard and it had a load of cheddar cheese on top of it! Mains cost €12.50 for the roast dinners and €10.50 for the lasagna. Service was very good and all staff were pleasent.
