Was down visiting my sister in college the other week and we were looking for a nice place to go to treat ourselves. came across the autumn menu special for €35 on Menupages (always my go to for restaurants). anyway the menu sounded good so we decided on a Saturday night. we were both very impressed i must say - everything about the night was just superb - the service, the food, the decor of the place - wow! for starter i went for the goats cheese and my sister the mussels (I'm not a fan of mussels at all) - plates were cleared! for main i went for the salmon and sea bass and my sister the guinea fowl - cooked to perfection! at this stage we were pretty full but as dessert was included we had to eat it really didn't we?! we both went for the creme brulee - perfect finish! very enjoyable evening! we tend to go to different places every time we have a dinner date but this is definitely a fave now and we both can't wait to go again!

Went to Flemings last Saturday night. I had heard about the special Autumn €35.00 menu, however we both chose from the moderatly priced a la carte menu. My husband had the crab raviole, he grudgingly let me taste, it was a dream, lots of fresh crabmeat and richly flavoured lobster sauce. For main course I had the scallops topped with caviar, the presentation was a deligh, almost as good as the taste. Even though I know Flemings has been there for sometime i was surprised to be told by the owner just how long...21 years, sounds like a labour of love passion and dedication and a best kept secret. I can highly recommend it and will certainly pay another vist before Christmas.

A friend of mine recommended Flemings after seeing them on Menupages, she said they had a fabulous evening and it was a lovely place to makr an occasion. So when my girlfriends parents were visiting, I decided to take them here. We were all blown away with the quality of the food!! The grounds around the restaurant are beautiful and the staff are all so professional. I made a great impression on the inlaws too!
