This has got to be one of the most dissapointing meals that I've ever had.I was down on a business trip and this restaurant was recommended by a receptionist in my hotel.I ordered a starter of Bruschetta Vegetarian. What was served was a thick slab of soggy bread topped with thickly sliced tomato and melted cheese. A salad of sorts was on the side - and what seemed to be a half pint of olive oil poured over everything. I couldn't eat it even though I was starving. For the main course I ordered Pollo Stroganoff. The description sounded nice. Again, what turned up was very different. A flattened chicken breast - burnt at the edges. Poorly presented salad again and the entire plate covered in a congealed sauce. I managed to eat half the chicken - I avoided the chips and sauce as much as possible and a bit of the salad. My colleague had a similar starter and a main course of Calamari Fritti. Again , very dissappointing. Very rubbery, inedible calmari but slightly more appealing than my own dish. The waitress took the plates away and must have known I wasn't happy but didn't ask whether I'd enjoyed my meal. I'm guessing she knew what I'd say.My own meal came to €30 as I'd ordered a beer with it. The price of the beer was a suprise as well. Its listed as €4.50 on the menu and I was offered draft or a bottle. I chose draft and wasnt told it would be a different price. Guess that was my fault though for not asking. I don't normally feel compelled to review mediocre meals. The only ones I review are either excellent or really bad experiences. This was the latter to an extreme. Needless to say, I'll never go back.

It is hidden at the back of the carrigaline car park. Had lovely meal with my wife. The starter was wark chicken sald lovely fresh smel of white wine. after I had piato dela casa seaffo dishwas very nicely presented. My wife had a steak it was the best fillet steak ever. she loved it. We than decided to try Italian tiramisu, it was lovley homemade fresh. The coffe was also very fresh unusually italian. The best of the meal bottle of Sicilian red wine called NAJA, I have tried this wine in Ireland but couldnot find it. It was nice suprise when we both got shot of limoncello free at the of our meal. Definetly will go back and tell my friends all about it. It was lovely atmosphere, great sicilian music. The staff were very friendly. Our meal was less than 60 euro. Very good value.
