Decided one morning to have a bit of breakfast and a coffee here as myself and my partner have had every other meal together, but surprisingly not a breakfast (Yep, we don't live together, yet) so decided that we would have something here. Although it was something small, my partner had coffee and toast. Me being me, and having cravings for scones at times, had one of their home baked scones and toast with a latte. The food in here is actually quite nice, scones baked in store are really nice and so is the bread... But then again, you can't really go wrong with toast. Staff are always amazingly friendly, the server spilled some coffee when bringing it to us, and due to this gave a complimentary latte, which there was no need for but this shows how friendly they are and are willing to help in hassetts. I do come in here quite a bit for a coffee at the end of my walk most days, as they are serving Cork Coffee Roaster's coffee, the best in Cork! - Patrick

the smell when you walk in the shop is undescribable. the freshly baked bread, scones etc are mouth wateringly tempting and just as good when you actually eat them, If you fancy a treat on a saturday morning its defo the place to pop in to.

This is a fantastic bakery/cafe, with a hidden gem of a little patio out the back for sunny days! They have recently updated the cafe menu and everything is fantastic, with all breads and cakes made fresh on the premises. We had a beef salad sandwich on doorstep bread and sausage rolls - huge so didn't have room for dessert but bought some cakes to take away. I recommend the custard slices! Very reasonably priced but be warned - this place gets really packed at lunchtimes. They also do fab scones and coffee in the mornings.
