Collins Bar is a contempary spacious Bar in the 4-star Carrigaline Court Hotel. With modern seating and lighting as well as polished wooden floors, the overall impression is of brightness and space during the day and relaxed sociable atmosphere in the evening time. Large plasma screens have been introduced throughout the bar and all major sporting events are screened live. Carvery Lunch is served every day in the Bar including Saturdays and Sundays. A tasty Bar menu is available Monday to Friday 4pm to 8.30pm and on Sundays from 4pm to 7pm. Collins Bar is the ideal venue for relaxed drinks and sociable atmosphere. It is also the perfect spot for enjoying drinks before or after a visit to The Bistro Restaurant in the hotel.

Had carvery lunch wasnt great. wasnt bad but would prefer to go somewhere else in future.was dissappointed as i had been told it would be beautiful.bar staff were friendly but some looked like they didnt really want to be there and was ages waiting for my food, dissapointing sums it up in one word

Stopped off for early lunch - Menu choice was ok and the carvery was adequate. Service could come with a smile. Was very dissapointed compared to my last visit. Food was ok and money value was ok to be fair.

Went For carvery Today.. Not up to scratch.. Then need to sort the food out.. Dissapointed O.k price but will try a different Carvery next time..
