5.0 Gus O'Connor's Pub 5.0 star review:
We called in to O'Connors for lunch. We had just had a good walk around the cliffs of Moher and had a decent appetitie. The pub was extremely busy as a bus load of tourists had arrived.
I had mussels here many years ago and hoped to relive the experience, however, they were not on the lunch menu, staff however reassured me they were on the dinner menu and I could order them.
I received a large bowl of fresh mussels with home made brown bread. They were piping hot and some of the best mussels I have ever eaten.
Staff were friendly and efficient and I have no problem in recommending O'Connors to anyone

5.0 Gus O'Connor's Pub 5.0 star review:
I visited here with a group of girls for womens Christmas. We go here on a regular basis for the food, the ambiance and the music. We are never disappointed. A short spin up the road with beautiful scenery adds to the expectation of our destination. The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Food always delicious and plentiful. A nice drink, good food, warm fire and bubbly staff always make this a memorably outing and a much looked forward to return. Top marks.

3.5 Gus O'Connor's Pub 3.5 star review:
On holidays in Doolin for a week and we went here for food twice. We really went for the music and this is a pub so it is hard to really rate it as a restaurant but here goes.
The food was basic good hearty pub food and it came in massive portions. Relative to Dublin and my experiences elsewhere it was expensive but in line with prices in Doolin, which is very much the tourist trap.
The atmosphere was the main plus with great trad music every night but be aware that you will find it hard to meet anyone Irish.
To be recommended but beware the price and i've really rated it as a pub
