Park Hotel Virginia 5.0 star review: We stayed and ate here over the weekend of the pumpkin festival so there was a great buzz around the place. The dining was superb with very friendly genuine staff that are able to tell you everything about the food. The decor is very grand and comfortable and like the hotel old fashioned paintings and mirrors on the walls. The food was exceptional and extremely tasty. My lamb shank didn't even need a knife to cut through it and venison starter was perfectly accompanied with a lovely walnut and raisin salad. The portions are ample and the dessert was divine. I watched other diners order different desserts and each one was like a mini masterpiece with spun sugar decorations. Petis four although not mentioned on the menu were also served. Overall a very satisfying experience and the breakfast was equally as delightful.

Park Hotel Virginia 4.0 star review: Dined there last night with my husband, my teen-ager daughter and my 7 year old child. Food good, not exceptional. Dining room is spacious, lovely leather chairs, service impeccable. They never offered me a smaller portion for my youngest child - obvioulsy he left half of his big steak. But all in all a lovely place. Would go back
