I ordered the special of the day chicken and mushroom vol-au-vents. Presentation was unbelievable grey on the plate. The chicken was so dried out its as if it was just reheated under the salamader. The sauce just looked grey and was so thick it was as if it was just sitting in a pot and hadn't been served. Not to mention there was no flavor from the dish. When the waitress asked if everything was ok and I told her the problem she said she would inform the chef. Neither the chef nor management came over to enquire about the issue. To top it off despite me not eating more then a forkful I was still charged for the full dish. Having worked in the service industries for many years I have never seen such an unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend anyone to eat there unless you want to leave hungry.

Went here for bite to eat after the hurling final last weekend, got the best lamb cutlets here for my sunday dinner. Always pleasant staff and really good value for money, lovely atmosphere and i cannot fault the place in the slightest
