This is the first time I have reviewed a restaurant online but as I was on to make another booking for tonight I said I simply had to shout about how fantastic this restaurant is! Its my first choice for dining out in Carlow, reasonably priced, the food is always delicious and the staff are friendly, polite and efficient. The restaurant goes out of it's way for you, often giving you complementary shots of limoncello! I have been here several times with my boyfriend and also as part of a larger group and the experience has always been wonderful.

This was my 2nd visit here inside a week and I was not disappointed. From the time I walked in the door the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. I was with my girlfriend on both occasions and have to say we will definitely be back. On each occasion we tried something different to try sample the menu and each dish has been lovely, well cooked good flavours. On each occasion the restaurant has been busy with a good atmosphere but the service has been excellent and no over due wait for our food. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice meal at a good price (2 early bird options, offer a great selection at great value)

I ate lunch here today with my friend as I recently discovered they offer a gluten free menu - all pasta with the exception of lasagne and all sauces can be made gluten free. The interior is very tastefully decorated and there are great views of the Barrow and Town Park. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. I had the lasagne, which was very tasty and a massive portion, great value at €9.50. The table next to us had pizza which looked and smelled delicious. I found it great that you could see the chef cooking the pizza from scratch. Will definitely be back.

me and my girlfriend went hear friday night have to say the staff were very good and friendly i had the sirloin steak and it was perfect could not ask for better and my girlfriend had the pasta and said it was very tasty will be back soon.
