Fall in love with our new and unique classes this October in The Cookery School @ Donnybrook Fair. Students can become experts at Smoking & Curing at home, or will learn to tempt family and friends with a myriad of luscious Chocolate recipes.
Cooking for Diabetics demonstration classon 8th October will provide useful and supportive lessons and advice. The class will be a mix of education as well as the demonstration of dishes suitable for diabetics.
The Mother & Daughter hands-on class on 13th October came about as a result of a request from one Mum asking if we would run a class where she and her daughter could do something together to have quality Mother-Daughter time. Participants will develop their culinary skills in a practical setting, add new recipes to their collection and enjoy working as a team. Go girls!
We are also delighted to welcome our Guest Chef for October, Joan Power from The Lemon Tree Café. Lemon Tree Catering was founded in 2003 by Joan and the Café which opened in 2008, is a popular foodie destination. Students attending the demonstration class will benefit greatly from Joan’s vast experience in the catering world and her personable approach to teaching.
After a fantastic reaction to the September schedule and a dramatic increase in bookings, The Cookery School @ DF is really tapping into our customers growing knowledge and appetite for new and exciting classes.
